Why should I use Auto Allies instead of buying a car myself?
Buying a new or used vehicle through a dealership can be stressful and time-consuming. Most people purchase or lease a car only once every 3 to 5 years, while dealerships sell 3 to 10 cars every single day. That experience gap matters. Your dedicated concierge will locate the vehicle you want, negotiate on your behalf, and keep you fully informed throughout the entire process. You’ll save valuable time, avoid dealership pressure, and gain confidence knowing you’re securing a fair and competitive price.
How does the process work?
Tell us about the vehicle you’re looking for—whether new or used— including the make, model, packages, desired features, and your budget. You can submit your preferences through our onboarding form or schedule a call if you’d like personalized guidance. From there, your concierge will search dealer inventories, negotiate pricing and terms, assist with trade-ins, financing, manage paperwork and delivery, and other key details to ensure a seamless, end-to-end experience.
How much will you save me?
Savings vary depending on the vehicle and current market conditions. While we cannot guarantee a specific dollar amount, our team consistently works to secure the most competitive price possible by contacting multiple dealers on your behalf. We guarantee we will save you our fee or more.*
How long does it take to complete the purchase?
Most purchases are completed within 3 to 7 days after your vehicle preferences are confirmed. We will keep you informed throughout the process. If you require a faster timeline, we encourage you to discuss your needs with us before signing up to confirm we can accommodate your request.
How does the trade-in process work?
We evaluate your trade-in value, gather competitive quotes, and work to maximize your trade-in value alongside your new vehicle purchase. You’ll receive expert advice on whether it makes more sense to trade your vehicle at a dealership or sell it privately, with our team managing negotiations on your behalf.
How do you help with financing or leasing?
We guide you through the financing or leasing process to help secure the most favorable loan or lease terms. Our team focuses on reducing fees, maximizing available incentives, and identifying payment options that align with your budget.
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to locate a vehicle as close to your area as possible. If a suitable vehicle cannot be found nearby, we will help coordinate shipping directly to your door. On average, vehicle transport costs approximately $1.25 per mile. However, final shipping costs vary based on vehicle type, distance, and carrier availability.
What if I don’t like the results of the Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) on a used vehicle?
If the inspection reveals concerns you’re not comfortable with, we will either continue searching for another vehicle or use the PPI findings to renegotiate pricing or terms. Our goal is to ensure you end up with a vehicle you trust and feel confident driving. We coordinate the pre-purchase inspection process on your behalf.
How do you get paid?
We do not accept any form of payment or kickbacks from dealerships. Our loyalty is entirely to you. We work to help you buy a car—not to help a dealer sell one.
